Terms & Conditions

General Information

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

  • I reserve the right to change the ToS and/or commission prices. Commissions that have had a price previously agreed upon by both parties will not be changed.

  • I can not be held responsible for mistakes on the final product due to missing or incorrect information. It is the commissioners responsibility to provide accurate and relevant information for what the commission should entail.

  • All personal information will be kept private and confidential unless otherwise specified.

  • Communication via e-mail or Discord is preferred.

  • My signature and/or watermark/logo is not to be removed after the commission has been completed except in the case of commercial pieces wherein proper credit will be displayed elsewhere as agreed upon by both parties.

Commission Process

  • During the process I will provide updates on the commission including preliminary sketches, lineart, and colors. If you would like an update please reach out to me and I will respond with an update as soon as possible.

  • I work on larger canvases (usually around 4000px to 5000px). Please advise if the commission should be a specific-size (in either pixels or inches/centimeters).

  • If a commission piece will be printed eventually, please indicate so and the size you will be having it printed at, and, if possible, where it will be printed or any necessary specifications (ie CMYK or RGB printing). This will allow me to create a piece at the highest quality for printing that I can. Note: I currently do not make prints or do printing.

  • Once lineart has been drawn up and confirmed by the commissioner, no further changes to lineart will take place. If a change is necessary, pending the type of change/edit, an additional fee may be agreed upon.

  • After a commission is completed (fully paid for), any additional requested changes/edits may incur an additional fee agreed upon separately [pending the type of change/edit].

Delivery

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the final commission will be sent as a digital PNG file.

  • A total of three (3) sized-versions of the commission will be sent; Small, Medium, and the original size. If a specific size is needed, please let me know.

Content

I specialize in creature/monsters and animals, but am able to draw much more!
If you are unsure, please ask me if I will draw what you would like commissioned.
Please note, I will not draw hateful content and will research into any concept that seems remotely suspect (ie hate symbols, dogwhistles, etc).

Image Rights & Usage

  • I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution/use unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.

  • I reserve the right to display the commissioned piece on platforms where I display my work [ie. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc] unless otherwise agreed upon to by both parties.

  • The commissioner must not claim my work as their own.

  • The commissioner may not use the commissioned work for commercial or profit purposes, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.

  • The commissioner may only use artwork created specifically for them. Pieces only for the commissioner's personal use (includes but not limited to avatar, icons, online banners, etc).

  • Commissioners are allowed to display the commissioned piece on online platforms provided credit is given. Please link to this website or one of the other social media platforms listed in Contact.

  • The commissioned work may not be used in the creation or distribution of NFTs, AI-generated imagery/projects, or similar projects/programs now or in the future.

Payment

  • Payment through Paypal only.

  • An invoice will be issued upon agreement of price and commission details. Invoices are sent via Paypal unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. You will receive an e-mail pertaining to the invoice. All invoices, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon, do not have a pay-by date. After a piece has been completed, if payment has not been paid in full prior or within a week, I will reach out periodically. Please let me know if there are any issues at that time.

  • A minimum 50% payment will be paid upfront, and the remaining upon completion and delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The commissioner may cancel the commission at any time. Refunds will be calculated based upon amount of work completed over the initial payment.

  • If under any circumstance I have to cancel working on a commission a full refund will be issued.
